Hong Kong

• Free of charge for net purchase of HK$800 or above
• Orders less than HK$800, the delivery charge will be HK$80 per order
• Self Pick-up service is available

Macau

• Free of charge for net purchase of HK$1,000 or above
• Orders less than HK$1,000, the delivery charge will be HK$100 per order
• Self Pick-up service is NOT available

Taiwan

• Free of charge for net purchase of HK$1,500 or above
• Orders less than HK$1,500, the delivery charge will be HK$150 per order
• Self Pick-up service is NOT available

 *According to the requirements of the Taiwan Customs Department, all Taiwan individual imported shipments require real-name authentication, the recipient’s Chinese name and ID number printed on the valid ID must be provided, otherwise shipment cannot be imported. For all Taiwan’s orders, once it has been confirmed, our customer service will send an email to inform you to submit related information for delivery. The information provided is for shipping purpose only and will not be used for other purposes.

Orders & Delivery Lead Times

Orders received before 12pm (HK Time) will be shipped out on the same day (for Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays), depending on stock availability. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the following working day.

Packages are shipped via S.F. Express, and customers can expect their delivery to arrive in 3 - 5 working days. During peak periods (e.g. Double 11, Black Friday etc.) or special circumstances (such as warehouse stock take, holidays), weather, manpower and other factors might lead to delayed delivery, please wait patiently. The delivery time will also be affected by the capacity of logistic company, it is recommended that customers go to the corresponding logistics company website to find out the latest logistics status of the packages.
