How do I pre-order?

• Select the style you love and size you want, simply add to your Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout as usual.
• Once we checked the stock is available, you will receive a separate email as final order confirmation. Please check your junk mail to ensure you receive it.
• If stock is not available, we will cancel the order and refund to the account of the original payment method.

When will my pre-order arrive?

• Once you have received the pre-order confirmation, we will ship the products to you on March 12, 2024. As soon as your pre-ordered item has been sent, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you know when to expect it.

Can I cancel or change the size of my pre-order?

• Cancellation of order is not allowed. If you need to make any changes to the size of your pre-order, please contact our customer service for assistance. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
